Because he had been in for almost a year, they discharged him and re-contracted him the next day, scheduling him to leave January 19th. However, it seems that he still might not graduate by that time and his recruiter told him that if he didn’t go to boot camp on the 19th, then he’d never go at all, stating that it was a against Marine Corps policy or something like that. I recommend the Fridrich F2L method, it is the fastest method overall. This method may turn out to be hard and confusing at first, but this is a thinking method. The more and harder you think, the faster and better at this method you will become. If you do not like thinking and stuff, then you can use the keyhole method, it doesn't require a lot of thinking and is pretty quick. But yes, learn OLL and PLL algorithms, it's worth it.

Sudden Strange Panic Attacks?

I'm hoping someone can help me! I recently have began having the strangest "panic attacks" and don't understand why? or where they came from? Maybe stress? I've been going through a lot lately, my husband and I just moved to another state, well actually i did. He is going to be down here in June once we get our house rented out. I recently lost a pregnancy 3.5 months into it. I have always had anxiety, but it has normally been pretty bearable. Typically feeling anxious just consisted of "erflies" in my stomach and feeling nervous. Recently though I've began having panic attacks. These attacks don't come out of "nowhere" but are normally triggered by feeling trapped, or having to interact with people, or talk in crowds. I work as a receptionist checking ballet cles in. We normally have up to 3 dance cles going on at once and everyone signing up for cl has to check in with me- I used to be pretty good at this and never thought twice about the stress but lately i panic. My heart starts pounding, i shake, i can't think straight to talk, i can't answer questions, i freeze up and then feel like i'm going to burst into tears! It's absolutely awful. I don't know why. It's almost the anticipation of having to get this person checked in, paid for, waivers signed, while up to 40 other people are standing in line to do the same thing. I am the only one working these shifts, which never ever bothered me before.. After these panic attacks started happening at work I've found they happen elsewhere too. If a coworker is trying to have a conversation wtih me my heart pounds, my hands sweat and i try to get out! I pretend I have somewhere to be..Even just trying to sign a cell phone contract earlier today the feeling came back- My heart started pounding, I started shaking and couldn't catch my breathe and had to leave halfway through making up an excuse. I feel fine otherwise. I'm fine with family or friends and used to be fine with the public as well. I have no idea what happened! I've tried googling it, it said social anxiety disorder?? -Maybe? But i don't feel as though people are judging me or looking at me? It's more of like an overwhelming urge to escape? I feel like since these have started they just keep getting worse? Or it's easier for them to come on? Has anyone had anything like this? I feel fine right now. I am not depressed. I'm happy, and have always been an anxious person. In high school I took an antidepressant for anxiety but have been fine for years without it! Any advice? I know I should see a doctor, and will if this continues and I can't shake it, but am trying to avoid any medication if it's something I can overcome on my own?

You have two options, option one, replace your existing stereo with a stereo that also has Sirius capabilities. Option Two: buy a separate Sirius radio and have installed in your car. I recommend option two because you can dock the Sirius radio in your car and when your not in the car take it out and listen to it where ever you are, home, office, etc. You can get a portable Sirius radio called the stiletto (sp?) and either use a radio transmitter (they are about $30) to transmit in your car wirelessly or get a car mount, docking station, to hard wire it to your car (more expensive but sounds better). Hope this helps. I have Sirius myself and dont even listen to regular radio anymore. Enjoy!

My roommates boyfriend will not sign the lease to the house we are moving into. What should I do?

Should I be insulted or does this count as permission?

I am asking my girlfriend of 4 1/2 years to marry me. We have talked about this and she wanted me to ask her father's blessing. First, calm down...OK? To give yourself the best chance of employment in any aspect of Geology (except maybe teaching in high school) you need a Master's degree. Not an MS from any old school either. The degree needs to be awarded froma University generally noted for the quality of its program in the aspect of Geology you want to pursue. Example - if you want a job in the Petroleum business, it sould be a good idea to have an MS from LSU, Texas A&M, U of Texas, U of Oklahoma, Colorado School of Mines etc. A person with a BS starts at a lower salary and will have a harder time getting promoted - and that uming that they even get a job in the first place.

Theoretically you do not need a filter in a planted tank. I have a 40g with a small 5-15 aqua tech for circulating the water a little more. I have removed the carbon from the cartridge as well, as to not remove the nutrients the plants need. The filter is good at removing some of the larger floating debris as well. Keep testing your water for nitrate levels as you go along to help judge whether a filter is needed for your tank. I should add that the amount of fish is a consideration as to the amount of waste the tank will have to convert...

Welcome to my world. Mine is already 3, Shes got better by having every Sunday be a day out with Daddy, He takes her to breakfast and they go to the park. My husband tries a lot to get her to sit with him and shes got so much better. Its always like this with family is in the military. My husband left when she was only 2 months for a 15 month tour in Iraq and now will be leaving in August again. The best thing to do is just take it slow, get a day out of the week to just spend some daddy time. Try to have your husband put him to bed. I started practising The Pathetique by Beethoven quite a while ago - however, I cannot get past the Allegro part, as my left hand gets stiff and starts hurting during the tremolo. My doctor prescribed acne medication hasn't worked..?

From personal experience- I recommend using clinique 3 step acne treatment. Its a little pricey- but i had an oily nose and forehead area and the oil cleared up so fast. Its a little drying and makes you break out worse for a week or so, but the kit is bringing all the bacteria to the front of the skin to remove it. I like it a lot and its worked to clear up my acne. It takes a month to start working. Also- if your face is oily during the day, try oil blotting sheets ($1-$7 at target or drug store) They remove the greasy feeling and the shine. I use them every day and i love them.

Pointers for my diet?

I am currently on my 7th week of my exercise routine. But I feel I'm not losing enough of fat in my abdominal area. Before I started my routine everything about me was okay. But I had a friggin' gut. And now after 7 weeks have ped, I can say I'm seeing decent results. I just feel I'm not getting my 6 pack fast enough. My routine consists of a 5 day a week training regiment. Each day I work on 2 corresponding muscles (example, back and biceps) and then I do a 30 to 45 minute running on a treadmill. I take the required supplements (Syntha 6 and N.O. Explode) and I feel my diet is decent enough. But maybe I'm wrong. The only real impact I made regarding my diet, is that I've totally given up junk food. I haven't eaten ice cream, pastries, candy bars, pan cakes, pop tarts, not even a single gummy bear. Hell, I haven't even eaten any dark chocolate, even though eating a little bit isn't bad for you. But I do eat some fast food still, but I don't pig out. I eat lean cold cuts, fruits, raw veggies, nuts. I don't eat the foods you find in a diet book, because I don't have time in my day for that crap. So tell me, am I doing it right or do I need some improvement?
