I am trying to find costumes, specifically Winnie the pooh, barney, or any character that kids enjoy like that?

I only have $70, i challenge any of you to use that as your budget to find costumes that i are cheap enough that i can afford more than one. They all need to hide the face, kinda like mascots. Please help, i do pick favorites
