Provisional license but epileptic?

Hey I'm nearly 18 and I want a form of Id for nights out etc. I don't want to use my pport as I go on a lot of holidays and can't risk losing it. I have an electoral card but they arent accepted in clubs near me. I want to apply for my provisional, not to drive just for a form of id so if I left out my medical condition (epilepsy) and only used it for id would anyone know?
