Should I Mark My Ethnicity on Tests?

You know how on tests like the ACT, SAT, PSAT they ask you what you're ethnicity is? Obviously you put your dominant heritages but I've also heard from people that you should mark other ethnicity's even if they're distant. For example, my mom is Chinese and my dad is German. I would put Asian/Pacific Islander and Caucasian. On my dad's side though, I have a great great grandmother who is Native American. Can I put that I am N.A. also?
