I know people don't believe in capitol punishment, because it's taking human life. Introducing "Monster Law".

Grand thinking...the only way to dispose of monsters is to put them to death. Is it fair for the working man tax payer to feed this animal? house this animal? Educate this animal? These felons have either no conscience in the first place or lost it along the way. There must be a pleasure in the control they have of their intended victim. They are there watching this person lose their life at the sinners' hand. I am FOR Capital Punishment. I am not for murdering / killing but I am for the victim and the possible future victims if we do not stop it at some point.
