OLTL's psycho Stacey and others like her?

OLTL has had it's share of psycho b*tches, but every once in a while one comes along that really takes the cake. Ursula Blackwell, Tracy James, Barbara Graham, and Maria Roberts come to mind, but boy does Stacey take the cake. These other women were psychotic, but to my knowledge, none of them used a dying kid to get what they wanted. After watching last week's episodes and this, maybe I'm rethinking and Stacey should stick around for a while?
