What should i teach my Camerupt?

I have a lvl 75 Camerupt and it has earthquake earthpower, eruption and lava plume but im replacing lava plume by one of these two moves, i just dont know which one to pick and i want to know your opinions: Explosion, Overheat, Flamethrower or Fire blast, tell me which one to pick and why.
