Tanning PLEASE ANSWER?

ok i live in ord CT and i wnat to know if i need a parent signature to go tanning at sunburst. I am fifteen PLEASE answer this...i would ask my mom to sign but she thinks tanning is stupid and a waste of money so i cant tell her im going thanks
