Pilonidal Cyst, GOOD SIGN?

I already asked a question about this, but i'd like to elaborate up on it more, is it a good sign if the cyst is about the size of a... skittle if u were to flatten it a little, the color is pink and i have yet to feel pain, it just itches like a ***** in the 3-4 months ive had it, it has not intensified, but reading upon it more ithink immediate treatment is necessary, i dont see any pus or draining or anything. Good signs? oh and it bleeds when pressure is applied. normal yeah?
