Hi every one! I'm expecting my first child in early January and I couldn't be more confused! I need help..?

I don't know what I need to buy, and I also need help determining how much money I'm going to be spending every week for my newborn. I don't have any supplies such as a crib, changing table, diaper genie... etc. This was not a planned pregnancy so I wasn't really able to save up money prior to getting pregnant so my fiance and I have been saving up since we found out. I want to know a) Is target a good place to get a crib, changing station, bottles & all the other essentials, and what else will I need? b) what kind of crib, crib mattress, bedding ... I'm so confused. I want the best for my child but I'm not rolling in dough so I need the most practical, while still good quality items. Please help! Thanks!
