Will Aunt Flo ever arrive?

I went off birth control pills last month and started using condoms. DH and I had unprotected one time (accident) about three weeks ago. A week after that I had one day of spotting. Should have had AF arrive over a week ago. Took a HPT two days ago and it was negative. When should I test again, uming AF still doesn't come?
