What moves/nature/item should I have for my Typhlosion in Pokemon Soul Silver?

I'm thinking about a modest nature that's alert to sounds with Sunny Day, Flamethrower/Eruption, Solarbeam, and Focus Blast along with a Choice Scarf. This gets rid of all his weaknesses and uses Typhlosion's super high Sp. Attack. Maybe replace Focus Blast because of its 70 acc. and 5 pp. Any suggestions?
