My toddler (23 months)is obesses with me! Help plz?

Welcome to my world. Mine is already 3, Shes got better by having every Sunday be a day out with Daddy, He takes her to breakfast and they go to the park. My husband tries a lot to get her to sit with him and shes got so much better. Its always like this with family is in the military. My husband left when she was only 2 months for a 15 month tour in Iraq and now will be leaving in August again. The best thing to do is just take it slow, get a day out of the week to just spend some daddy time. Try to have your husband put him to bed. Daycare will be a good thing because you are gradually "weaning" him off...He needs to become more independent and thats the best way to start. Good luck
