Have anyone ever heard this old saying?

have anyone ever heard an old saying in a pregnancy case saying"if one of your dreams is about an alligator in the water or a running mouse your having a girl". my sister was pregnant and dreamed of a mouse and now i am and i dreamed of one. its crazy but have anyone??
